It is important we have all the necessary files. If you are sending a QuarkXpress page for example, all the fonts, art, and hires images that are placed in the document are needed (Do not assume we have your fonts - like applications, there may be different revisions of a font which may flow differently). Getting a Username and Password: Requiring a username and password allows our servers to be expecting files from you, what those files are for, and who within our shop needs to know those files have been delivered. Use the FTP Request Form (<-Click link) to create an account to access our FTP server. Upon completing the Request form, you will be given an ftp address, username and password to use to copy your files to our server. For security and verification purposes, the password will be emailed to you. After you have connected and sent you're files, the server will notify your Account Manager and your job will be started in our system. Home
